Installation Resources

Foundation Requirements

  • Install on a level, fully supported reinforced concrete pad or engineered compacted base.
  • Ensure the foundation is capable of supporting the combined weight of the tank and its contents.

Tank Positioning

  • Install the tank in an upright position.
  • Allow adequate clearance around the tank for plumbing connections, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Position the access lid for safe and convenient servicing.

Lifting and Handling

  • Use the four-point lifting lugs only when the tank is empty.
  • Lift with appropriately rated equipment and balanced lifting straps.
  • Do not lift or transport the tank when full unless it is installed on equipment specifically designed for that purpose.

Plumbing Connections

  • Support all inlet and outlet pipework independently to prevent excessive stress on the tank.
